Online Contracts is another seamless extension of the new Leads module. Like Online Applications, it also builds on our “multi-page form” engine (read more under Free Features below) and allows you to create an online contract that collects any information you need, and can list out a line-by-line contract that can be completely customized for each student.
You may create a standard contract for each grade level with tuition, fees, deposits, tuition insurance, etc. Then customize each contract with any awarded tuition assistance, sibling discounts, additional fees or other line items. You can even pro-rate the contract or split it between two parents based on the percentage each will pay. Have parents sign digitally or have them to print out the completed contract and sign the paper copy. Collect the deposit via credit card or ask them to drop off a check.
